At gamatics.store, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below.
I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back? Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 7 days apart. You will receive a credit note for the same amount from gamatics in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. You can use this credit note to purchase any product on www.gamatics.store
Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an Unused State along with all the product tags and labels intact.
We DO NOT have a REFUND POLICY.
In the event that the product, you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a Credit Note that may be redeemed as Store Credit for purchase of any products from gamatics.store, please take careful note of this before you make your purchase from us.
- NO size related exchanges are possible
- All cost of item return for exchange will be borne by you.
- Items will have to be returned and the courier charges for the same must be paid by you.
- Whilst we generally process returns for exchange the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 7 days (or longer during busy periods) for your exchanges to be processed.
- Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such, we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us. Hence please ensure that the product is packaged well before you return the same to us for exchange.
- But I opened the seal. Will you take it back? We will take back a purchase as long as it is not used, unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached to the garment and in the new / original condition received AND ONLY if it related to manufacturing defects
- What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item. We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the broken/damaged product.
- I ordered Tech / Competitive suit from Gamatics. I realized I ordered wrong size and I want size exchange. Sorry!!, We don't do size exchanges for any suits (competitive / training) listed.
